Level Up PM is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) dedicated to assisting clients in achieving project success from start to finish. We provide a wide range of program and project management services and a full range of on-site construction management and consulting services. We serve numerous market sectors but our main focus is pharmaceutical projects and GMP facilities. Our mission is to modernize how projects are managed through effective PM tools and efficient communication channels.

We represent owners through the whole lifecycle of projects starting from planning and design and all through construction, commissioning and validation. We believe the success of projects starts with setting expectations and establishing priorities. We ensure your projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget through proper communication channels and effective tracking and reporting tools. We understand the challenges that owners, contractors, engineers, and architects face throughout the construction process and we identify issues and resolve conflicts using established procedures and processes that consistently yield excellent results.
We also provide program and project controls services. Our expertise in project and program planning, scheduling and cost management has helped us deliver large scale programs on time and within budgets. As your representative, we determine the suitable level of project controls needed depending on the project complexity, organizational maturity, team experience, budget, and other factors. We provide and put in place the proper tools and techniques to proactively control costs, schedules, and scope of work to reach the desired outcome.
