About Us

Our Story

Level Up PM was founded in 2022 by Dalia Ghanem. Dalia has earned her BE in Civil and Environmental Engineering along with her Masters degree in Project and Construction management from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. She started her career as a site and planning engineer on a prestigious high rise tower in Beirut. She then moved to Dubai to work on a large scale oil and gas program in Iraq. Later on, Dalia moved to Boston and started working for big pharmaceutical companies managing GMP and R&D labs and office spaces. Having a passion for Project management in its entirety, Dalia has finally founded Level Up PM in 2022 to bring her diverse and international experience to clients from all industries. 

Level Up PM is a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) dedicated to assisting clients in achieving project success from start to finish. We provide a wide range of program and project management services and a full range of on-site construction management and consulting services to numerous market sectors.
