Founder of Level Up Project Management, Dalia is a civil engineer and a project manager who founded the company in 2022. She comes from a diverse background leading pharmaceutical, GMP, oil and gas and large-scale construction projects in Lebanon, Dubai, Iraq and Boston.

Dalia brings a valuable experience managing projects and programs throughout the entire project life cycle through successful communications and effective coordination of stakeholders’ and projects’ expectations. She is also an expert in scheduling, projects control, strategic planning and claims analysis.

Dalia believes that her true valuable strength lies in her interpersonal skills and effective communication. She is an energetic team leader who motivates team members to achieve personal and organizational objectives and thrives to solve new challenges.
